    With a career rooted in Southern California’s tech ecosystem, Daniel’s journey began during the rise of Web 2.0, a time when lead generation and acquisition marketing were booming, and platforms like Shopzilla and PriceGrabber were near-household names. It was an exciting time — technology, mobile, media, and entertainment converged and through improved  internet and mobile infrastructure (thank you, CDNs) - large-scale digital consumption became possible. Then came the era of personalization driving the proliferation of new e-commerce and direct-to-consumer brands. Marketplaces became a booming category disrupting services and transportation. 

    Daniel’s recruitment experience was shaped early on while working with a leading executive search firm. After the Great Recession of 2008, he identified a gap in the market: fast-growing companies needed hands-on recruitment support during hyper-growth phases but weren’t yet ready to build their own internal recruiting teams. This led him to found StartupTAP, a firm that prioritizes building relationships over just submitting resumes. His vision was to create a bespoke, personal, and highly effective recruitment model.

    Years later, Daniel founded Arrow Talent Partners, expanding his philosophy of authenticity and transparency into the realm of fractional and contract hiring. Arrow Talent focuses on delivering fast, world-class-quality recruitment solutions while fostering meaningful connections between client and talent. The approach remains focused on a tailored, relationship-driven recruitment process that supports company growth.

    Now, with nearly two decades of experience, Daniel continues to lead both companies with passion and dedication. Despite his often unstructured schedule (and the occasional late-night email to team members or clients), he’s always eager to connect, share insights, and help others navigate the evolving recruitment landscape, whether they are hiring or looking to be hired.

    Originally from Boston and raised in Georgia, Kristen is now a proud Californian. After more than a decade split between Santa Barbara and San Diego, she fell in love with the coast while completing her degree at SDSU and has called California home ever since.

    At Arrow Talent Partners (ATP), Kristen is driving the growth and development of the firm from the ground up having her hands in strategy and day-to-day business operations. 

    Her focus is on developing and scaling infrastructure, crafting operational efficiencies, and strategy that positions ATP for long-term growth and scalability. Kristen brings a relentless work ethic and dedication to delivering exceptional outcomes for clients, partners, and team alike. She’s passionate about building genuine relationships and creating tailored effective solutions that simply work.

    Outside of shaping ATP’s future, Kristen enjoys capturing moments through film photography, skateboarding, hiking, and discovering new brunch venues. A true early riser, she kicks off her day with a 5 am workout, often including kickboxing, so she’s ready to tackle challenges head-on (along with throwing a few punches!).

    Mel’s the kind of recruiter who sees every placement as more than just a role to fill; it’s a chance to make a real impact on both sides of the table. Originally from SoCal and now based in Arizona, she brings a mix of grit and humor to her work at Arrow Talent Partners, where she’s all about creating meaningful, long-term partnerships on the contract side. Her approach is pretty straightforward: recruitment is about connecting people in ways that matter, helping companies find the talent they need while making sure each candidate feels valued along the way.Outside of work, Mel’s probably trying out a new recipe in the kitchen or checking out the local arts scene with a good ballet, opera, or musical. She’s always on the lookout for those things that make life just a little more interesting.
